I think usually you have to rent a tent yourself and put it at a venue. You would do this if it were a private venue like someone’s backyard or a venue without a ballroom. I can’t think of any place in San Diego that would need a tent.

I am OBSESSED with a tented recpetion space that is affordable, so we have decided to go with a venue that does not have a tent and rent the frame of a tent– then have it draped.

Hi there! The Coronado Marriott does tented weddings, on the water too! That’s where our wedding is in October.
