Does anyone know how to print A2 envelopes? The envelope is too small for MS Word. And the template I got from papermillstore.com for Illustrator doesn’t seem to be working. I would really appreciate any help.

Ok, I am running into the same issue here.
We are going to use A2 envelopes for our response cards. We would like to pre-address the envelopes so our guests don’t have to. I really would like to avoid using stickers.
FYI – The dimensions for an A2 envelope is 4 3/8 x 5 3/4.

I just printed some A2 envelopes for my save the dates this weekend. I set up a custom-sized document in word, ran a few test runs with regular paper cut down to A2 size, and everything worked fine. I could probably try and email you my document to work off of later if it helps!

Thanks! I just played around in word and did a regular document the size of an A2 card instead of going through the custom envelope settings.
Did they run through your printer ok? Can you print on the back of envelopes in the printer too?

They ran through my printer fine – BUT I did print one envelope at a time (tedious, I know). I actually haven’t tried printing on the back, but I would guess it’s much like the front, as long as your placement is exactly perfect, I don’t see it being a problem! Good luck!!

i just printed some! I couldnt figure out my big laser printer, but a simple ink jet did just fine. i didnt do a custom size at all, i used a regular word doc and figured out where on the page the address needed to be positioned in order to feed correctly onto the envelope (i cut pieces of paper in the correct size rather than ruining envelopes 🙂 it was pretty easy.

Most laser printer drivers do not support the A2 (or similar small sizes) size. It isn’t the software.
I solved the problem using Microsoft Publisher. Use a standard #10 envelope and move the text boxes to set the return address about 2″ from the left side. After test printing 2 envelopes I was able to print A2 envelopes perfectly using the #10 envelope setting.
Print using the manual envelope feed.
