Most of the weddings I’ve been to that didn’t have accommodation on site or within walking distance had a hotel shuttle. Can that be an option?

oliviapxo :  easy – hire transport to take your guests back to their hotel. This is what we did.

oliviapxo :  I think your overthinking this.  Every wedding ive been to has been at least an hour away from home, and has never had accomodation onsite except one, which had limited accomodation that we didn’t use.  We have either arranged local accomodation ourselves and arranged a taxi or public transportation, or we’ve arranged a designated driver.

oliviapxo :  I think it’s usually a 3rd party vendor. Just google ‘bus charter’ or ‘wedding shuttle’ and your location. I bet you’ll come up with some options.
