(Closed) Accountability Thread Monday 7/18/11

Hey!  I’m not sure if a new thread each day is necessary, might be over kill.

Anyway, I’m not really watching my diet too much but here it goes:

  • Breakfast – greek yogurt and honey
  • Lunch – Smart Ones meal and apple sauce
  • Snack – protein bar
  • Dinner – cereal

Super lame I know but after I work out I’m just not really hungry for dinner!  I did boot camp today which focused mostly on arms and abs.

Everyone says they want accountability but they are scared of it when it happens!

So far today I’ve eaten:

  • Breakfast – greek yogurt with honey
  • Lunch – Smart Ones meal and apple sauce
  • Snack – granola bar
  • Dinner – pork tenderloin

I’m still hungry so I’m going to eat something else just not sure what yet.

I want to figure out something good to eat for lunch that isn’t a prepackaged meal but I don’t have a ton of free time to make stuff and get bored easily!

Keeping track of what I eat is so hard!  Yesterday I had bootcamp and we focused on arms and abs with a little bit of legs.

Had bootcamp today, did a lot of arms and abs.  I’m going to have to start modifying some things for my back since it’s really bugging me.
