I will be 33 weeks on Friday and about 2 weeks ago I woke up from a deep sleep choking on what I now know is acid reflux. It’s happened a few times since and is no fun. It happened Monday night and today my throat is on fire. I’m resorted to sleepin on 3 pillows and I think we will be propping up the bed tonight. It’s just awful. Not sure how I’m going to make it 7 more weeks with this!

Aw I feel your pain! I don’t have it at night, though, just during the day >.< Limiting acidic foods (tomato sauce, orange juice, etc) has helped a bit.. and chewing antacids at the first slight feeling of heartburn. Hang in there!

Ugh. I’ve never had it in my life until I had orange juice and vitamins one night before bed and laid down to sleep on a very flat pillow. No fun. I now have 3 new firmer, bigger pillows and when I feel that burpy gross feeling in my chest I have to use 2 to prop myself up. It has helped. I hope the pillows help you! Hang in there!
