I finished sending my last few save the dates over the weekend, and put the final touches on my site at weddingchannel.com (which has been live for a couple of months now). Today, I went to check on the number of “views” (am I the only one who obsessively checks that?) and instead of getting my site, I get a “runtime error” message! Not only I can’t edit the site, but I cannot view the site, and anyone looking for my registry information, also gets the runtime error message!
I’m freaking out, as I don’t have a copy of that information (and my wedding is in Rio de Janeiro — the site is a MUST for all guests who are traveling, I spent hours gathering every bit of information they need!).
I emailed their customer service, but know that it’ll be days until they reply (I emailed them for a different problem a few weeks ago, and it took days to hear back, and the response was less than favorable).
Anyone else has their site hosted by WeddingChannel.com? Can you check whether your site is still up? (I’m hoping my site is not the only one down — that way I know it’s going to be fixed.)
