This might sound super weird, but I started using a home remedy a few months ago that has FINALLY cleared up my skin. I still get a few spots, but nothing as bad as what I used to get.
I wash my face with whatever face wash I have, and twice a day (morning and night) I wet a tissue/cotton ball with apple cider vinegar and wipe it over my face. I’ve heard that organic works better, but I’ve been doing fine with the store brand. At night, I also use a little bit of coconut oil as a moisturizer at night, which seems to help existing pimples heal faster.
I would absolutely give this a shot because it’s so cheap, and because it is the only thing that has worked for me consistently (I started breaking out when I was 7, and it continues through my mid twenties… I’ve tried everything).

I didn’t have any acne before I got pregnant and then started to break out when I was a few months along, so I dunno if this will help you.
I used to break out on my back and would use the Neutragena body acne wash and their 2 in 1 astringent and sometimes would wipe hydrogen peroxide on my skin with a cotton ball and that realllly helped, but since becoming pregnant I didn’t want to use any acne products.
So when I did get some breakouts on my face, I made an appointment at a prenatal spa for a facial and it really helped. I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant and I’ve had 2 facials so far and my skin has been way better.

I never had acne before (not even when I was a teen!) but as soon as I got pregnant my forehead was covered with a million little pimples! It was so bad that at times I didn’t even feel like going out/ taking pictures. I tried a bunch of “safe” products but only made it worse. So I just left it alone and it’s now improving! 🙂

I have been using the acne.org regimen for almost 7 years now, and I too swear by it. Now that I’m pregnant, I’m trying to make sure Benzoyl Peroxide is safe. Most of what I’m reading says that it is. Since you used it throughout your pregnancy, may I ask if you had any issues? Were you able to breastfeed and continue using it?
