Well since I am going on and on about health stuff…
does anyone have any tips/tricks to acne, wrinkles, sun spots, melasma? I have acne worse now than I did as a teen! What the heck! I have sensitive skin too, breaks out easy to products. I have been to a dermatologist, and she prescribed topical’s that were EXPENSIVE and I feel like I have not seen improvement at all, it’s been 2 months or so, and still breaking out. The melasma I have is by my lip it might has shrunk a tad bit… I wanted to invest in the clarasonic brush deal, but it’s $$$ so I got a wave thing that spins with the little pads, I like it feels like my face is actually getting clean, and seems to have made my complexion smoother, but still the acne.
I use Peter Roth face mask as spot treatment at night really helps make acne not as inflamed looking, or red by am.
I try to wear sun screen too, but I really feel like it makes me break out. I have tried a billion different brands!
Just seeing if anyone else had any remedies or ideas to share!

I have pretty bad dark spots currently and it’s from birth control!!! I just can’t seem to find a good one that doesn’t give me those terrible brown spots. I’m hoping they’re not permanent, but I’m thinking about getting them lasered off.
I currently use a daily lotion under my makeup that eliminated dark spots. It’s by Aveeno, but don’t remember the name.

I had nasty adult acne, and tried every acne product under the sun. It turns out that they were just making my skin worse. I got really sick back in November and pretty much didn’t move out of bed for 5 days. I sure as heck hadn’t bothered to wash my face. And my skin looked great after 5 days of not messing with it. So now I do as little as possible- no more serums, no more manufactured face masks, etc.
I use raw honey as my morning facewash followed by Cerave moisturizer, and Burts Bees sensitive skin moisturizing cleanser at night. When I stop acting cheap, I’ll switch back to Korres products for my night cleanser and moisturizer. They are low on the product toxicity scale and work well for me.
If my skin gets really irritated by my environment (or I make it angry with a new product), a mask of 1/4 cup full fat greek yogurt + 1 tablespoon honey + 4-6 crushed aspirin works wonders.
Oh, and Color Science mineral sunblock works for me. You can order it from Amazon.com.
