- Wedding: October 2015
If you are having children at your wedding, how do you plan on keeping them occupied if boredom strikes? I am having three young ones 6, 4 and 1. Two are in the wedding. They are used to church, and the ceremony shouldn’t be a problem. If there are problems, we have a hospitality room and a classroom that has plenty of toys! For the reception, we will have a table covered in white paper, loads of crayons, stickers and maybe some Crayola molding clay, which doesn’t stain. I live across the river from Crayola and the store there is much more reasonable than a regular store and the ideas are endless. We also have a printer that makes coloring book pages out of photos, so the kids can color pics of themselves. Our DJ will also play some Disney songs, and kid friendly songs like the Hokey Pokey so they don’t feel left out. Any other ideas?
PS: The reception will be at our church also, and the classroom with toys can still be utilized if all else fails!
