It is so big (and  sitting  far too low) on your slender figure that it is hard to tell. But l would say no belt , imho they rarely enhance any wedding dress. The pic makes your posture look kind of defensive but when you are standing normally and it is altered to fit properly, l think it will look great.

So, no belt, no sleeves and no extra underskirt –  all of those things would detract from its actual, graceful style. Keep the train though.

Skivies91 :  I think sleeves with the same material would almost be too much. You have a tiny frame so you want to own the dress, not the dress owning you. I think you should do a belt. Something simple. Etsy has a ton of really pretty and affordable ones.
