Has anyone else used listingbook.com while looking for houses?? We just got our invite from our agent and I can not stop looking at houses. I have the realotor app on my phone but LB.com is so much better because it tells you if the houses are bank owned, short sales or privelty owned. Also it says if they have ever had price changes, how long they have been on the market and it’s a direct link to your agent and they can see what houses you “like” or “don’t like” at a click of a button.
Has anyone else used this? Success stories? Also, what did you like or dis-like about it?
I would love to get some feedback from you lovely ladies.

It looks like a good site. Unfortunetly, I can’t sign up, maybe I need an invite from an agent. Have you been looking for houses for awhile?

Our realtor signed us up for the MLS listing website, which sounds like it might be similar to what you are using? He put filters on so we could only view homes that met our “must have” requirements-regular sale, particular towns, etc.
We loved it and found our house this way 🙂 We made a list of all the houses we were interested in and the realtor set up appointments. Our house was the 4th one we saw and we fell in love!

@tinkerbell- we knew we wanted to buy this year (we have out apt lease until the end of December) so we went and saw a mortgage broker in at the beginning of this year and asked a lot of questions and he told us how to manage our money so when we do decided to buy our accounts will be ready to go. We will be looking at our first set of homes this Friday!!! I am so excited. We are looking early because a lot of the home we like and in a price are short sales so we need the extra time for them.
@bostongrl25- yeah our agent set up to meet our guidlines then we get to look at all of the houses out there. I hope we get lucky enough to find ours around the fourth house. I hope I just know like I did for my wedding dress. 🙂
