new to the forum, but I need advice!
I had a courhouse wedding 2 years ago and finally having a real ceremony, I already got a ering with a wedding band but this time the hub and I was wondering if we need to get a new band? Even though we never had a ceremony, this will be like a ceremony/renew of vows? Would a 3rd band be too much????
Thank you !

Too much? No way! Do what you want! If you want a new ring and it will fit on your ring stack then get it. Do what makes you happy!

vinvin : I added a 3rd ring to my wedding set and I couldn’t be happier with the result, not only does it look great but it makes my rings fit better and side around less when it’s cold.

No way, get a third band if you want one, it’ll be a nice sentiment to remember your ceramony Xx

Definitely get another band. We just renewed our vows at 20 years and I added another band. You will love it!

I came for pics, OP!
Adding another ring is a beautiful idea. If you share your current set and what rings you are considering, there are some ladies here who make great style suggestions so your result looks amazing.

I’ve always liked the look of having 2 wedding bands. I like the symmetrical look. I got married in a very intimate ceremony over the weekend. We plan on having a regular ceremony with friends and family in about a year. My husband and I had already purchased my wedding band but I told him when we have our next ceremony I would like to get another band. Well at the alter he surprised me and pulled out a second wedding band. I was beyond thrilled. I absolutely love the way it looks. Although the bands aren’t exactly the same I’m totally fine with it. I will always remember which band he went out and bought himself and suprised me with. I definitely think you should get a second band if that’s what you want. It will give you a little something to remember the day.
All the best! Xoxo

I love the look of 3 bands! Nice to mix them up a bit to offer a little variety!

Not too much at all. I personally think three bands make a perfect stack. Four bands work too but only if at least one of them is really thin imo.
