I don’t think it would look bad- if you would be more comfortable with capped sleeves then I say go for it!

lilyevare:  I am usually a fan of the caps, but for the style of dress, I am going to say no.

How about a small bolero? The thing about adding sleeves is that they frequently look like they were added on. I’ve seen TV shows where they add some sort of sleeve and it rarely looks like it matches.

I think it’s lovely.  If you can use the same fabric as your dress I think it’ll blend in just fine.

lilyevare:  Well I’ll tell you that 2015 is the year of sleeveless, so don’t expect a vote to sway otherwise haha. With that said, I love the sleeves and think it flatters your frame really well. Something about it emphasizes your hourglass shape and I just love it!

Love it! You could even use a beaded spagetti strap that echoes your bling belt and attach the same cap sleeves shown to that

I think your dress looks beautiful either way – but if you want the cap sleeves and dreamt of having them then you should definitely add them!

The photo looks like a flutter sleeve.  I like it a lot.  I don’t care so much for the gathered tulle cap sleeves you see on SYTTD.
