Really depends on the dress but I don’t see why not. Take it to a seamstress

I am, sort of. I have illusion netting already there and will be adding lace to create the illusion look. Shouldn’t be too difficult to add netting or even just to attach lace to the sides of the V to create a similar look. 

My dress isn’t in yet but when I tried it on we tacked lace along the sides to get an idea….

amvreeden22:  No.  There would be no issue putting bridal illusion fabric on your gown.  I’m very curious as to why you want it on this gown, though.  What would it be adding to the gown other than a piece of fabric and expense in alterations.  Were you wanting embellishments on it like the PP?
