I would suggest putting the addresses into Excel and then doing a mail merge straight to envelopes and hand feeding them through the printer, but that assumes you’ve got a working knowledge of mail merge 🙂 and a printer than can handle envelope feeds.

ETA: Have you thought about using those long-ish sticky wrap around things? I have no clue what they’re called, but they’re basically labels you can print out and stick to the envelope, so the address is on front and your return address is wrapped around to the back. They come in all sorts of colors and can dress up your envelopes. Just an option that’ll look a little prettier than standard avery labels if you don’t hand feed your envelopes. 🙂

ditto daydreamwanderer!! they also have really cool clear labels that serve the same purpose too (i think)
