1. I would leave street names alone.  Some cities have 17th street and Seventeenth street and you may end up causing confusion.

2. Married couples go on the same line even if they have different names.  Officially, it should be Ms. Jane Doe.

No, you don’t have to spell out 174th street.

Write it as “Mrs. Jane Doe and Mr. John Smith” all on one line.  The “and” and the fact that they’re on the same line means marriage.
