@cassiewhite:  I read somewhere else (can’t remember where) that for plus ones, if you know the plus one personally (like if it’s a serious relationship) then you put their name so:

Mr. Smith

Ms. Jones


You put the Ms. Jones below Mr. Smith if they are NOT living together.  If they are living together, then you can do:

Mr. Smith and Ms. Jones

If you are giving someone a plus one but you do not know who it is then you put:

Mr. Smith

and Guest
