I’ve been searching the internet but can’t seem to find an answer to my question so turning to the hive. 🙂 Here’s the scoop. I’m inviting my aunt, uncle and their two daughters to the wedding. The daughters are in college and still living at home so I was originally planning on sending one invitation for all four of them. I know that children over 18 are suppose to get their own invite but my family isn’t going to really care about the formality and would just think that it’s werid that I’m sending mulitple copies of the same invite. (Also, this lets me save on postage and invites) I was going to address it as:
“Mr. and Mrs. X,
Ms. Daughter 1, Ms. Daughter 2″
On two lines on the invitation. The problems is both the daughters are in long term relationships and I have verbally told them that they can bring their SO. Do I add the SO’s on the invitiation and have 6 people on one invite (even if the SO’s don’t live with my aunt/uncle)? What’s the best way to address it?
