We did postcard Save-The-Date Cards, so we addressed them a bit more informally.  No Mr. and Mrs., although we did use full names rather than nicknames for most of them…

I did a postcard too and just did informal first and last names like I would a Christmas card. Like Joe and Stacy Smith. I don’t think people think them to be formal. But, still use the guideline to be sure to put only the people who are invited on the card. So if no kids, then don’t write “The Smiths” or “The Smith Family”. If only the adults are invited, then be sure to only list their names.

Yeah, but it can definitely be more informal.  It depends on how formal/informal your Save-The-Date Cards are! You could just do first names, no titles if you wanted to be really informal.
