Hmmm, we didn’t do an inner either.  We put all the invited names on the outer, but didn’t invite young children, so I’m not too sure what the standard procedure would be for these guests.  One thing I DO know, though, is to not stress too much about it and do whatever you think makes the most sense for you!

We didn’t do envelopes. where it’s a couple, we put Mr and Mrs John Purple. Where family was invited we did the Purple Family. We found we didn’t have enough space on the envelopes for all the lines – and figured that our family wouldn’t hold it against us if it wasn’t perfect Emily Post.
