@Litaly05:  So you would invite some kids but not others?

Mine is 18+ plus flower girls. You can pick an age & make an exception for his immediate family.

You can definitely invite children who are immediate family and not invite other children.

Be prepared to accomodate any mothers nursing infants.

You can set the age limit anywhere you want it to be by inviting only those children you want at the wedding, by name. This can however create problems for families with children above and below your cutoff age.

@Litaly05:  it goes however YOU want it to go (and your Fiance, too). We are having an adult reception with just a couple exceptions: my sister (who will be 17), and two of FI’s cousins, who are in high school and he pretty much grew up with and was like a brother to. The other cousins/nieces/nephews/extended family under 21 won’t be invited. we are limited in our guest list and if we added all the kids, it would be about 25-30 more people. We aren’t even really close to the rest of those children.

I would say you should definitely invite FI’s siblings, but if you don’t want to invite other children, then don’t.
