Do any of you have experience with Advantage Bridal? I ordered my headpiece from them on March 14 and I haven’t heard anything from them. I’m starting to worry, as my bridal portraits are coming up & I’d hoped to have myheadpiece ready by then.
I am aware that their website says it can take 3-4 weeks and I ordered knowing that 3-4weeks still gave me enough time before portrait day. Today is 3 weeks and I’ve tried making contact via email twice (how they said they prefer to be contacted) to inquire on the status of the order and have yet to receive a reply or acknowledgment.
I’m hoping to hear from them soon, but thought some of you may be more familiar with them. TY! 🙂

I think it also depends on what you are ordering from them, I have actually been using one of their favor boxes as packaging for one of my products since 2010 and they have always come through for me in a timely manner, but that is the only thing I have ever ordered from them. I know some people have had less than stellar experiences, but really they have been great for what i have needed.

@VictorianBride: Nothing but fantastic experiences from Advantage Bridal here. I just received an order of custom decorated wine glasses. Their designer David contacted me and worked with me to give me exactly what i wanted and I am sooooo thrilled with what he did for me.
I ordered my veil from Advantage and it took 8 weeks, but it was quicker than my friend’s, who ordered the same brand at a local bridal shop the day before I ordered from Advantage Bridal, plus I got a way better price than she did. I knew it was being custom made and understood that it would take several weeks, so I was fine with the wait and it was very much worth going through them.
I’m ordering bachelorette party tank tops from them next week, as soon as I have all of the sizes…for my friend’s wedding. I’ve been working with Sandy on quantity pricing and she’s giving us a special deal since I’m a repeat customer. 🙂

Thank you all for sharing your experiences. I just wish they’d return my email to give me an idea of when to expect the product. It’s a silver/rhinestone/pear hair comb.

If I were you, I’d PM Mrs. Neutrino to see how she’s figured out how to get ahold of them. It took bad reviews to get a snarky response from them finally, and I think she eventually got an answer out of them, but they also harrassed her quite a bit with PMs, made threats to her, and tried to get her to go back on what she said about them. It was quite an ordeal, and I’m not entirely sure if she’s received her product yet!

Thank you all for all of the feedback–Advantage got back to me and we had a series of phone conversations and were able to find out that my item had been discontinued. They quickly refunded the money to me and all is well! 🙂
