I have a rolling ring, it’s not Cartier though. I usually buy my rings in a US size 4, but since each individual band measures 2.7mm I figured it would be best to go up a 1/4 of a size, that way I could wear it on my right hand too. So I ended up buying a US 4.25, european size is an I or 47.75. I will say though, that it fits a little loose on my left hand when worn alone. So I recommend going with your normal ring size.

I’m a 5.5 but European 51 which is 5.75. I would not recommend buying a ring from Japan off of eBay because that’s where most counterfeit rings come from, hence why they are so much cheaper and readily available. I just bought one from eBay for my husband, he’s a size 8.5 and that is a 58 in European, we got from New Jersey though And paid $600.
