- Wedding: November 1999
My Fiance and I hired a videography for our wedding. At first we both were against it because we thought it was a complete waste of money. However, I have an elderly nursing home bound grandmother among other elderly relatives that will or may not be able to make it to the wedding. The package we chose with our videographer includes a 3-minute highlight film which is mainly music and scenes from the day. However there is an add-on with the package we chose to have an extended highlights film which would be 6-7 minutes long with less music and more voice things such as our vows and speeches from the bridal party. However to add this onto our current package without having to upgrade to the next package, there is a $195 fee to have the extended highlights film which would add another 3-4 minutes to what is currently offered. Is it worth it to have to add on and pay another almost $200 for a highlight film with more footage (vows, etc.)? I would only do this so that when I see my grandmother after the wedding, I can show her a shortened version of our wedding and this would be available a couples weeks after our wedding instead of a couple months. What do you think bees? 🙂 Thanks.
