I think a shawl would work, but a satin bolero/jacket would work well too. It just depends on what you think would work best for your girls. If I was a bridesmaid, I would prefer a bolero/jacket because it would be easier to keep in place than a shawl.

i think a shaw would look lovely, plus they tend to be cheaper than boleros.

My Future Sister-In-Law had her bridesmaids wear shaws and they tied them in the back so they wouldnt have to worry about making sure it stays on.

I went to a friends wedding and the girls had super cute shawls on but not a regular scarf kind of shawl… with the pretty brooch… I think it looked super classy and really pretty…
