I am trying to let my hair grow so I can wear it long and curly for my wedding. My hair is very healthy and does not get split ends often, Everytime I get a trim she takes no less than 3/4- 1/2 inch off because that is all that needs it. I just can’t seem to get it to grow though… I tried taking Biotin and that did not help much at all. Anyone know of anything that might help?
Thanks in advance ladies!

I have no idea, because my hair doesn’t grow very long either. I would either follow other people’s advice, or find a style that your hair does now that you like. Or…oooh wear a wig, like on that show Don’t be Tardy for the Wedding!

The less you mess with it the better. Keep the regular trimming and try to invest in quality shampoo and conditioner.
Some people cannot grow their hair past a certain point or their hair grows slower than others, it is what it is. For your sake just keep up your regimen and hopefully the inches will add up.

Quality shampoo and conditioner, also investing in a good deep conditioner and/or leave-in conditioner really helped me.
I took the Biotin as well and I actually saw quite a difference, but I’m sure it can affect people differently. It made my nails grow SO fast.
Also, using the least amount of heat-styling as possible. If you’re like me, that’s difficult, but minimize it. 🙂 Maybe don’t wash and blow-dry daily.

There’s always extensions! 🙂 My hair grows like a week and I do nothing special everyone’s hair is different. I use whatever shampoo and conditioner is on sale and literally don’t go get my hair done for 5-6 months at a time and I have really really healtht long hair….its weird to be honest guess I am lucky. BUT I can tell you one thing it might be I hardly EVER blow dry or straighten or apply any heat to my hair…99% of the time its air dry and let it be so that could help too if you normally do! 🙂

Thanks for all the adivce!! I rarely straighten my hair and I blow dry it like 4 times a month so I’ve got the heat part down. I normally buy whatever shampoo is on sale also, so maybe I will try something more quality… again.. any advice on good shampoos that might help hair grow?!
