I actually have the same exact problem, and I’m a 34D… I personally haven’t been able to find anything that helps with the soreness/swelling, but I never really tried.

I bought a (functional) corset to wear under my dress because it offers a lot more support than a strapless bra, and I found I’m a lot less sore with the extra support.

This is what I got:

I’m not sure if that’ll work with your dress, but it may be worth a shot.

@sunshinebee:  Yes! You can even get it at Walgreens or something, although you may want to express order some quality double-sided tape online pronto!

Amazon has good double sided tape for wardrobe help. They ship quickly too.

I think following the usual rules will help: avoid alcohol, soups, frozen dinners, beans, broccoli, cauliflower. Anything high in salt especially!

Also, maybe a pregnancy test if your chest is still sore and your period doesn’t show soon!

@sunshinebee:  I had huge “chest” problems before my wedding. Dont try to lose 5lbs of fat, but instead cut out the salt. If you can, also eat healthy and work out some. If you cut the salt and drink tons of water, you will lose those 5lbs in bloat. It worked wonders for me and im a 34DDD. I did have the double sided tape with me just in case but I never needed to use it.

(and for the double sided tape, my seamstress swore by TopStick and you can get it at Sallys)

Cut out salt and drink tons of water!! Also I heard that evening primrose supplement is supposed to dramatically reduce the severity of a lot of PMS symptoms. I haven’t tried it myself but have been considering it!

i have the same issue.  I’m a 36C normally and leading up to my cycle they barely fit in my bra and get very hot and sore.  I’m hoping I don’t run into the problem near my wedding.
