I’m sort of the worst about explaining what I want in something when it comes to specifics. I find I lose all my words and can’t seem to get out what I’m really trying to say. It’s not that I don’t know what I want to say, just that I get a loss for words. Anyway, I’m printing off some picture references and I have a list of styles I do like, but do you Bee’s have any helpful advice for dress shopping appointments and how I should talk to my consultant?

I don’t know that I have any useful advice when speaking to your consultant, but I will advise that you let her pull at least one or two thnot she would like for you to try. consultants are usually really good at suggesting dresses that you might not have considered!

I agree with Mrs Canuck! Be open to trying something outside your comfort zone — either you’ll love it, or you’ll feel even more strongly about your original style decisions! Also, my best piece of advice is that you should go for something you love at a place that you enjoy. A pushy saleswoman who makes you feel uncomfortable might be someone you have to work with for the next six months! And don’t be afraid to sleep on it!!

I tried on one of each major style! A line, Mermaid, and ballgown!
So be open to everything, because (I promise) you really never know!

Thanks ladies!!! I will consider all the things you’ve said when I go dress shopping today and Thursday!
