Hi bees! 41/2 months until the big day. Have lost 12 lbs so far and my legs are getting really toned. Too bad they’ll be hidden under my dress! I need to start working on my flabby ass arms. They’re awful! Pkease help with any techniques that have worked. I have hand weights at home I’m just not sure what to do!

Hand weights probably won’t do a vast amount unless you have them in lots of different weights going up.
Try doing push ups – start on your knees or even just tilting against a wall to begin with if you can’t do full pushups and work up through the variations. Tricep dips are also good but can be iffy for your shoulders.
What really worked for me was taking up barbell training. Most of my big visible changes happened in the first few months (dropped two to three dress sizes and started looking toned rather than flabby), so you could definitely tone up your arms in that time.

I have a medicine ball that has helped me tone my arms and stomach/sides a lot. I basically just play with it- throw it over my head and catch it, lift it with one arm on each side, pass it around my body from hand to hand at different heights, and hold it with both hands, touch it to left side floor, then lift it to right hand sky, and repeat on other side. Also use it for sit ups. And I do push ups as well.
