Hi, Im mainly a lurker but I do have a question that Im hoping to get some advice on. Here’s the problem…my husband upgraded my ring for our 10yr (we have been married 12yrs this May) and I havnt been able to really wear it because it spins so much! Its not really loose on my finger so I dont think its too big although the cold winter isnt helping. It is a cathedral setting and it sits pretty high, plus the ring is pretty tiny being a size 4 and holding a 7mm simulated stone (He bought me a 7.2mm x 4.6mm round diamond, just havnt gotten it yet). Ill add pics of the ring, Im wondering if there is something I can do to fix this problem? Thank you for any advice!

Very nice ring. Look into sizing beads to prevent it from spinning.

I just had sizing beads put it! They help with the spinning a lot, but its definitely harder to take on and off now. My jeweler put them in for free so I would take it back to where you bought it. It took 10 minutes and they did it while I waited.

I agree sizing beads will help. Also wearing a wedding band with it should help too. My ring is also top heavy and i wear my wedding and a thin spacer band in between and it helps alot.

Thank you so much!! I will definately have to look into that. I plan on getting 2 bands to wear with it but can only do one thing at a time lol…although I wish I didnt have to wait. Thank you so much for the info!!

Sizing beads! I had to go back twice to get them shaved down a bit. My finger fluctuates size throughout the day and is top heavy. Plus I have hardly any knuckle. Good luck!!
