I have decided to do the Advocare 24 day challenge. Less than three months until wedding, it’s go time! It consists of a 10 day cleanse and a 14 day fat burning period. Has anyone done it? Did you like it? I am on day one and so far so good. I thought I would be way more miserable, especially because I am “maximizing my results” by sticking to fruits and veggies only today. The supplements and drinks do give me energy but I am not jittery like I usually am with diet pills or caffeine energy drinks. I would love to hear from anyone else that has done it!

My cousin is a consultant for this program. Although I have not purchased it due to the expense required, I have seen the results with many of her clients…she being one of them. She just had twins in March and started it back up in April after breast feeding. She is back into her clothes worn before the pregnancy already!! Although ‘fad’ diets make me nervous, as far as the long term goes, this seems to work well. And everyone testifies to the energy they have thru it!! Good luck!

Thanks! I am on day 5, I have tons of energy, and down 6 lbs already! I haven’t really been hungry either. It’s more mentally challenging forcing myself to eat foods on the list rather than whatever I want! Definately more rapid results than other things I have tried. So far I am encouraged.

I have been considering the 24-day Advocare challenge myself… my only concern is what happens after those 24 days? For those of you who have done it, does the weight stay off?
