I am delurking 🙂 It’s my first post here.
We are having a super tiny courthouse wedding in London. But I don’t know where to start looking for photographers. My DF’s friend hired a photographer for their wedding but she (the photographer) is out of our price range. We want to save money for the big party elsewhere so trying not to splurge on this.
Any rec is highly appreciated!

One we might look at is Mac Mac – I don’t know what your price range is, but he’s not one of the very expensive ones at least. We haven’t done proper investigations into Photographers yet, so I’m afraid I don’t know much about him.

Not sure if you’re still looking as this is an older post, but we’re using Owen Roseblade. He’s not super cheap, but not super expensive either (we’re paying around 1300 for 9 hours, not including a disc with photos or anything), but he’s really nice and does a great job! Quite trendy as well, especially if you like that whole photo-documentary style photography…

I recently got married and was very happy with our photographer, Matt Parry. Matt’s also reasonably affordable, we paid £990 for 8 hours including a disc with all images (no watermarks).
Matt’s a pleasure to work with as well as super talented! Take a look at his blog for some recent weddings he’s done (including ours!):

Check out their work – Blaine Photography they were the BEST, everyone has been so incredibly happy with their work. it was the single best decision we made 🙂
