I am looking for an affordable and talented hair and makeup artists (does not have to be the same person) for my July 2009 wedding in NYC. Would rather spend $500 on new Louboutins ; not having my foundation applied. Any suggestions?

The people I’m working with are on Long Island. The make-up artist I’m using is great though and she’ll travel to NYC.
Audrey of Dorianne Cosmetics. Her rates are very flexible. I can message you her contact information if you are interested.

The nordstrom counters of estee lauder and clinique offered to do me and my 6 ladies (and my mom…and my aunt…and my mom’s friend…) for…..drumroll…..FREEEEEE. I’d rather buy some makeup (not even required! just because it is courtesy in my opinion, and of course i’m gonna tip her) than have it done for one day. Plus, then i’ll have the foundation for touch ups, powders for shine, etc etc.

I used Fresh Face Forward (www.freshfacefwd.com) for my hair and make up. They are REALLY affordable and they come to you with no extra travel charges. PM me if you want more information or pictures
