So I pretty much fell in love with this photo of a gorgeous aisle.
Then I looked on fifty flowers and saw that the cheapest bunch of white rose petals is $140!!
Any ideas to accomplish this look on a budget??
Also, I’m having white chairs overlooking a valley (so no forestry in the background)- would this still look good?

I want to know this, too. My only suggestion would be what I read somewhere, that you could go to a florist the day before or day-of and ask for a discount on the roses that they are about to throw out. It sounds hit or miss, but I’ve also heard that sometimes the florists give them away for free.

I had rose-petals along my aisle also. However, I had them lining the SIDES of the aisle, instead of concentrated in the middle.
You may be able to save some money that way by using fewer petals. (I decided to do mine this way for two reasons: 1) because I was concerned that my cathedral-length veil would gather them and sweep them behind me as I walked, and 2) one of my bridesmaids is allergic to real flowers, and I didn’t want her to have to walk through them in her open-toed shoes.

I would check with local farmers markets as I know mine always has boxes of rose petals for sale and their flowers tend to be least expensive. i would also suggest putting a runner down underneath that way if you cant affor quite as many petals it will trick the eye into thinking the aisle is more dense with petals than it is

do they have to be real? I know you can get artificial petals on Ebay for almost nothing.
