I am on a budget and looking for an affordable videoographer for my wedding day in downtown Chicago.
When I say affordable I’m looking for something less than $1500.
I have the photographer already….just need video
Thanks in advance.

@Headah: Check out David Kasdan. His prices were amazing and his work is great. http://www.davidkasdan.com/

We got our video services for about #1300, including about 9 hours of coverage and an upgrade to Blu-Ray HD quality.

Has anyone gotten your videos back yet from the vendors recommended yet? What is the turnaround time? I heard some bad things about another videographer (not anyone listed here) that took MONTHS and MONTHS to get the newlyweds their video.

Storyteller Productions! Run by Dennis Avelar.
They are amazing. We paid for the wedding day BUT they ended up coming to rehearsal, rehearsal dinner(soooo glad because there were a couple improptu speeches there), showed up at 7am on the wedding day and stayed till 1am when we finally shut the music down at the wedding. 🙂 Love them.
Here is a clip from a friend of ours wedding. They really love The Office hence the teme. So cute.

@Mrs. Fireworks: How did you get them to contact you? I’ve sent several contact emails and got nothing.
@baletrina: Is there something wrong with the video? It seems to move really fast.

We had the same trouble, trying to find an afforadable videog in Chicago.
We went with the amazing LynkzStudio and they did a wonderful wonderful job.
I found out about LyknzStudio online and then met with Jean and easily knew they were the right videographers for us. I think we paid around $1100 for everything. They did an amazing job and were super nice too. Jean actually pinned all the boutineers on all the guys because they didn’t know how to haha.
You can view our highlight reel here if you want to look it over :).

@Bazingau: I never emailed them, just called the phone number listed on their site one day and got an appointment in their office for a couple days later.
