hollyday1224:  If you’re willing to cut down the guest list, a friend of mine got married at the Hotel Del Coronado in one of their Beach Village Suites.  They are right on the beach and have these beautiful balconies, which is where she had her ceremony.  Between the large balcony and the living room area, she had plenty of room for a cocktail reception. There is a small kitchen in them, so she just brought in food (she used to be a caterer) and prepared everything there.   I think she had about 20 people total.  All the units have Bose speakers, so they made playlists and used the speakers for the music. She said they were around $1600/night at that time (this was about a year ago, and I’m sure they are seasonal in their prices), which sounds a lot at first, but they also stayed there that night before leaving on their honeymoon the next day.

If you really want to go “low cost” there is the Newland Barn in Huntington Beach.  It’s rented out by the public park system.  All-in rental fees to get on the calendar are under $1k with $500 of that being a returnable deposit.  Once you get the barn everything is BYO and you can make it as opulent or low-key as you’d like if you are willing to do most of the legwork for pulling it all together.

Arae83:  That’s where my cousin got married. It was gorgeous! Then there rented out a nearby convention center/ town events center for the reception.

It actually would’ve worked better if it was catered by in n out or a taco truck. She tried to make it more wedding like without the right budget and it did not really work. Good food is like the most important even if it’s super casual.

hollyday1224:  That is awesome!  I saw there were some people that plan events at the Barn.  Good luck!  I bet it will be beautiful!

hollyday1224:  I’m also a OC bride, and was asking the same questions a couple of months ago. Have you look into Wedgewood? They have amazing prices starting from 5k to 10,000. It’s a all inclusive venue. Check them out, we end up booking their Corona, Ca (Glen Ivy) location.

OC bride here, currently venue shopping for my 2016 wedding. And we are very budget conscious!  So far, my top contenders:

Hillcrest Terrace in Fullerton. It’s $1225 for just the venue, would require rentals but you could definitely do a fun, bbq type reception. And it’s absolutely stunning.

Old Orange County Courthouse/Country Garden Caterers in downtown Santa Ana. The old courthouse would be the ceremony venue, and then guests could walk to Country Gardens for the cocktail hour and reception. CG is a big contender for my caterer for any venue. Seriously affordable menus, even with a full open bar included! And their own venue is nice.

Laguna Beach Women’s Club. $1500 for the venue, but includes tables, chairs and has an ocean view. Plus it’s a full day rental, which I really like.

I have spent so much time researching venues! Our guest list is at 120, could maaaaybe be cut to 100. I hope this helps someone lol my Fiance is tired of hearing me debate all this ๐Ÿ™‚

Opps, just re-read that you want an all inclusive venue! I’m not too helpful then…sorry! Although Country Gardens might be considered all inclusive. Venue, catering, dj, cake.

hollyday1224:  They were very helpful. I know that each venue has a different min. price. Our venue min price is $5,500.00. They have over 5 different packages and you can take or add whatever you want. Were paying 7k for 120 people, and our packages includes food, flowers, photobooth, lines, chiavari chairs, dj, ceremony/reception set-up and tear down, wedding planner, cake, free hotel room, and free rentals of liens, STD cards, wedding invitations,  and toasting flute. Only thing we have to pay for is our wedding photographer. Hope this helps ๐Ÿ™‚
