(Closed) After being away from the gym since September I am going back on Monday!

I have been going to the gym 5-6 times a week (it was my new years resolution). My FI told me last night that I am starting to look great and that I was loosing the double chin I was getting during the summer. I (playfully!) smacked him on the shoulder. I can’t believe I was getting a double chin! Makes me feel super ashamed! But yay for getting back in shape! Where are you going?

Good luck! I need to get my diet in check too. I’ve been slacking on the exercise front the past few months but I’ve started to step it up. I’m trying water aerobics next week!

@FutureMrs86:  I was also going to the gym 4-5 days a week and eating clean, but moving, moving again, getting a puppy, getting a new job, getting engaged, and the holidays got in the way. I am now trying to get back into regular mode again. Living with FI definitely makes it hard! I always want to go straight home after work to hang out with our puppy and FI.

Good luck! 

I’ve been pretty good about exercising the past three weeks. I work out 5-6 days a week, alternating running and circuit training. I have about 15 pounds I can stand to lose but I’m focusing more on getting in shape and toning up than the weight loss. I figure it will be an added bonus.

Great job! I have been back at the gym for the past few weeks getting into a bit better shape before my wedding as well. It feels great!

That’s great!  I’m currently working on keeping my diet in check so I can stay a good weight to fit into my mom’s wedding dress.  Five months left I’m hoping to lose 5-10 pounds.
