I found my “wedding album”.
Really though, we’ve been married for almost a year and a half and I JUST settled on how to get a wedding “album” without spending a fortune and selling my first born. Honestly, it’s not an album but it’s a glass box with prints in it. I don’t know how this passed me by but I just found this last week. I think it’s so beautiful and simple!
What did you married bees do for a wedding album or display? How much did yu spend? Let’s see a pic!

What a great idea!! We were just deliberating albums today, but this seems much better than a book! Where did you get the box? is it air tight? Does dust get in it/ on the top picture?

I got it directly from the company who supplies it to photographers called La Rousse. I printed the pictures myself using an online service! As for it being airtight etc you may have to contact them I never even thought about it!

That’s really pretty!!
We’re getting 3 albums from our photogs…one for us and a set for our parents.
But I think I’ll be getting another one from Milk Books as well…

I ended up doing a Project Life style scrapbook as well as a simple Snapfish bound book. My husband was fixated on us needing “real photos in a book” but while I’m very crafty (and therefore couldn’t just stick pictures in an album), I’m not a scrapbooker.
It was pretty easy. At first I had just one page per “thing”. Like one for getting ready, one for first look, one for the ceremony…. but then I decided if I didn’t print out all the pictures I loved, they’d just sit on the flashdrive forever and the likelihood we’d ever look at them was slim. So now I have a 70 page album with a couple hundred pictures! LOL It also has journaling from both of us and stuff like that. It’s definitely not something I keep on my coffeetable (That’s for the snapfish book).

I printed my pics at blacks.ca! When I was thinking about books I neer thought of them funny enough I was going to go with Artisan State. Care to share a pic?

Woah I love that idea. We’re doing our photo books through http://artifactuprising.com but now I’m considering your idea! (Maybe both)

All I know is it’s a flush mount album and the parent albums are smaller versions of ours. They showed us examples before signing the contract a year and a half ago and I can’t remember which ones we chose.
