- Wedding: June 2013
Hi bees! I have a dilemma. It’s probably a tiny detail that no one will notice or care about…except me, of course. Here’s the deal. FI’s mom is throwing us a party after the reception (our lunch reception goes until 4pm). This party will go late into the night so there’s no real end time, although Fiance and I will be leaving for our hotel around 7. I’m currently desigining the invitations and was wondering if it would be appropriate for the invitations to say “4pm – ?”, since we’re not sure how late it’ll go. Is a question mark okay, or not okay? I wasn’t sure because I would like to have the invitations be nice and formal-ish (our wedding will be comfortable/rustic) but I also don’t want to make Future Mother-In-Law confused or worried that people will think they have to leave at a certain time. What do you think?
