Ours will end at 11 as well. We’re renting out space at a bar 2 blocks away and having a kick ass afterparty!!

@JMG2B: Er it’s literally 2 blocks away… We will be walking! It would probably take longer to drive. 😉 And our hotel is across the street so transportation won’t be needed.

BUT! My aunt got married over the summer and had an afterparty at the hotel (about 5 miles away from the venue). She paid for shuttles to take guests back to the hotel after the reception since there were many people who were in no condition to drive! They deff appreciated it.

We went to our hotel, ordered room service and pigged out, had some champagne, had sex and went to sleep!

Ours is on a Sunday so I’m not sure people will be up for an after party. My parents are planning on having an after party at their house for any out of town family/friends that are still going strong but my new husband and I will be going to our hotel 🙂 Our flight leaves at 6:30 the next morning

We def want to have an after party somewhere nearby.  Our reception ends at 10PM, so we plan to go to our hotel, have a little sexy time, then meet up with our friends and fam at the afterparty. We plan to have many out of towners coming to the wedding, so we want to spend lots of time with them.

After the reception?! On to the Honeymoon baby!

We figure the reception is enough party time with everyone and we will be ready to move on to our private party time. However we’re planning a small celebration the weekend we return from our Honeymoon at a restaurant.

Our wedding reception has to end at 10pm because of noise ordinance and we are having a tented reception.  Everyone is staying at the Inn (or most people but we rented the entire place) So we will move inside to the pub and the DJ is going to set up Karaoke.  It will be a long night but I am positive it is going to be ALOT of fun!

Our friends hosted an impromptu after-party at their house afterwards. It was so fun.
