My dress came in about a month ago, and I have been dying to pay it a visit. However, I am concerned that the sales associates would be annoyed by just-for-fun visits (because I’d like to go again next month when my mom comes to town–she has never seen it).
Did you visit your dress? How many times? Did you ever get the feeling that the sales associates were annoyed?

I think I will when my dress comes in!
Hey it’s an expensive purchase and it’s been a long time since you’ve seen it!

Daily. 🙂 It was my little reward at the end of the day.

I’ve tried it on 2 x’s since it came in. The first time was legitimate, I wanted to make sure there were no crazy imperfections or defects. The second time was to reassure myself that I still loved it lol. I ended up ordering another one though. The original dress seemed too informal so its now the reception dress. Oops. I’m waiting for the gown to come in now and you better believe I’m trying it on again and again 🙂

I have not…yet….
BUT, I definitely plan on going in before my first fitting to try on veils, and plan for accessories!!

Well, right when I got it I tried it on to show my dad, and I’m already itching to get back to my parents house to try it on again, haha. I’m going to try to resist trying it on too much, though.

Ha I tried my dress on Christmas for the first time since it came in. I wanted to see if I needed an A-line poofer slip underneath it or not. ha my mom had me keep it at her house because she’s under this notion that my Fiance will see it and I’ll show everyone. I have it wrapped in a sheet and it is a pain to wrap up again so that helps with not trying it on

My dress came in back in Sept – but my first fitting wasn’t until around Thanksgiving. I went in for a try on when it came in to make sure it was the right size/color/etc. Then, I went back in Oct with some potential necklaces so that I could get that decision done. Then I went back again in early November with some outerwear options. I felt a little annoying but the accessories were a great excuse. 🙂 The salesclerks didn’t give me any problem. I also didn’t go at a busy time – weekdays and not at lunchtime.

I was so glad to find this topic on here. I just ordered my dress last week, and I’ve already been dreaming about going to try it on “just for fun” when it comes in.
I know I chose the right dress, but I think it would be helpful to have that little bit of reassurance that I might need in a few months!
