Our wedding was over at 4pm. We went to the hotel, hung out with relatives in someones hotel room.

I let everyone know we would be going over to a local Irish Bar around 6:30 to hang out if anyone was interested (and had someone hand out the address and maps).

Most of the people staying in the hotel came out with us. (I kept my dress on, it was alot of fun).

We’re having an after party! I haven’t even began to tackle the logistics of that yet, but our ceremony is at 12:30, cocktail hour starts at 1:00, and the reception is over at 5:00pm. I think I would be sad if my wedding day was over that early!

I’m thinking we will want to kick off the after party (optional, more casual drop in gathering) around 9ish. We are having a semi-destination wedding about 4 hrs from home.

Not an afternoon bride but I want an after party too. My weddind ends at 11 (we dont start until 630). I feel its so short of a time for me to see, talk too, and hang out with all my out of town guest. I think we are going to a bar or something after.
