My husband and I are 5 years apart. It doesn’t create any problems for us. We don’t even notice it normally.

My SO is 8 years older than me and it is the most healthy, love filled relationship I’ve ever had!

There is a 15 year age gap between me and my SO and it’s never been an issue. I think it’s more important to have compatible emotional maturity. Though I don’t think I would have entered into an age gap relationship before I was at least 25 (I was 27 when we started dating) as I still had some growing up to do and so it probably wouldn’t have worked out.

When my sister married her first husband there was a 7 year age gap.  The reason why that marriage didn’t work out was because over time he got over controlling and very unsupportive of her going to school to continue her school.  She is now a nurse practitioner.

My sister is now remarried and they are fabulous together.  She is 33 and he is 51

My fiancé is 8 years (really like 7 because he has a late birthday and I have an early one) older than me. We both agree that this is best relationship we’ve ever been in, hence why we’re getting married. 🙂

I turned 22 this year and my fiance is turning 31 this year and we work perfectly 🙂

Hubby is six years my senior (29, and I’ll be 23 in couple of months.)

We don’t notice the age difference at all.

drizzbee :  when we met I was 27 he was 35. We are 6 years into our relationship and it’s awesome! In fact most long (25+years) marriages i have seen in my life the couple shas a 6 years gap, the man being the older one. Go figure.

I am 36 and my fiance is 27.  I look younger for my age and he looks older so no one can tell the age difference.  He is very responsible and mature so our relationship works out perfectly.
