Love the shoes.  i want blue ones too.  Sorry about the dress.  I wouldn’t normally support a crash diet, but it may help for you to feel more comfortable on the day.  I know its not really good advice. πŸ™

Hmmm…that does look a bit tight. You can wear spanx? Maybe try to cut carbs and drink lots of water to lose a pound or two in the mid section for the day? I mean, you look great, but a little extra room may make you feel better until you change dresses.

As for color, what about a fun blue to match the shoes!

Well, I’m getting a reception dress too, because my dress is really fragile (reallllly old), so I would hate for something to happen to it. After the pictures, it’s time for my dancin’ dress! I would look at J. Crew or BCBG – they have adorbs dresses for pretty reasonable prices.

What is a color that you are using in your wedding that won’t match the BMs? I would go with white, (just MHO), but you could always do a nice blush or even a light blue or green dress. You’d have to get new shoes though… :/

I’m going for another white dress, but it’ll just be shorter. πŸ™‚

White, Cream, Blush pink would be pretty! Like your Mom said “You pick whatever color you want!” My cousin wore a very hot pink dress to her reception and everyone loved it!! By the way, you look beautiful in your wedding dress even if it feels uncomfortable!

congrats on the weight loss! you look amazing πŸ™‚ If you really think you will be too uncomfortable to wear it all night then I would do a long or tea length dress white for sure. Since your wedding is in feb i would not do a short dress. Here are some from davids i like. I am not sure your budget. πŸ™‚ any of these would be really nice. good luck!

@njm1313:

I know this is the obvious thing to do, don’t pull the corset so tight.  Why wouldn’t that work?
