So, I just woke up from having back to back anxiety dreams about the wedding, mostly with the terrible things that were going wrong with the wedding. Thugh the second was better than the first, as befoe the second dream I had realized that the first was also just a dream, and I think my subconscious did some repairative work to acknowledge that some fears would not be coming true. (for example, in the first dream there was no DJ because we forgot to talk to him to remind him about the wedding. I was able to reassure myself this wouldn’t happen, and I was relieved when he appeared in my second dream).
I guess this is what happens when the wedding is less than two months away and I end up watching too much Bridezillas before bed. 🙂
October brides–is the crunch hitting you too?

As I read your post, i just glanced over at my calendar and realized that this coming Monday marks 2 months!! Now my stomach is starting to get upset. There are a couple of things that I need to wrap up. I think when September hits, it’s going to be no -stop madness until the wedding, so right now I am just trying to stay calm, and get myself organized and mentally prepared.

I’ve had wedding anxiety nightmares too!
I had them two nights in a row last month which involved not getting a hold of the groom on the day of, the florist not showing up, and everyone being late (or not showing up) to the ceremony including the bridal party. The more recent one I had a few nights ago involved me having to squeeze in my wedding ceremony with the Sunday masses (I’m getting married in a church) and everyone looking at me like I’m crazy because I’m wearing a wedding gown to Sunday mass.

Aww, I feel for you guys 🙁 I’ve been having wedding anxiety dreams too. The most common one is where we don’t get the ceremony planned. It would be helpful if in real life the new priest at our church would return a phone call so we can sit down together and talk about the ceremony 🙁

I seriously thought that I was crazy the other day when I woke up from my dream. Nice to know I’m not the only one! 🙂

My Anxiety dreams have gotten a little better as I’ve gotten more planned. When I still had big gaps in planning, they were horrible — like getting married naked, or no food, or …. the list goes on and on. That being said, my waking hours anxiety has gotten worse! I realize how much needs to be done, and how much is going on in my life besides wedding and I tend to freak out. Thinking of going to the doctor to get something for it!
