Most (I’d say all) photographers will do minor corrections as a matter of course (removing pimples, stray hairs etc). What sort of thing were you thinking?

Yeah I think editing comes with a lot of photo packages, and you can probably request specifically what sort of editing you would prefer.

I mean, even Katy Perry gets photoshopped for magazines… and the goal of a boudoir shoot is sorta to make you look like a pinup/cover model, so I imagine it’s reasonable.

If the shopping you want is really extensive and requires a lot of man hours you might run into an extra fee but I doubt it’d come to that.

Like PPs, pretty much any photographer is going to do some correcting of your skin tones, out of place hair, etc. That’s not something you should worry about too much. If, however, you want them to make you say, a whole lot thinner, I wouldn’t reccomend it. It’s tempting, and I have definitely shrank myself a bit before in photos… But if your Darling Husband is anything like mine, he might be really weirded out by it if its noticeable.

Have a glass of champagne and just go for it!

I’m doing my boudoir pictures in March. And I am super nervous too! I’m a size 12/14 and have stretch marks EVERYWHERE. I asked my photographer if she could kind of help me out some by photoshopping out the parts that don’t look so great. But, our FI’s love us the way we are and they’ll like the pics no matter what! 🙂

I am also probably gonna have some alcohol that day 😉
