On my own! No need for alarm clocks. My body knows when it's time. : (2 votes)

    A bomb could go off and I wouldn't wake up. It's a problem. : (2 votes)

Oh hey, are you me? It’s really bad. I need that alarm clock that jumps off the nightstand and rolls away from you while it goes off. I forget what it’s called though!

I hit snooze until the very last possible second that I absolutely have to get up so I’m not late. I’m not a morning person!!!

I set mine for about 8-10 minutes before I HAVE to get up. But I wake up to the radio so I listen to it as I slowly wake up. I can usually catch the news and weather while Im laying there ๐Ÿ™‚

When I lived alone I did the forever-snooze thing. usually 3-4 times/morning. But I feel like it is kind of rude when Fiance has to listen to it too and he’s much more a morning person than I am. When I have to get up much earlier than him I allow myself 1 snooze and then force myself to get up. Most mornings though we need to get up at approx the same time (me maybe 20 min later than him). So the alarm goes off once and he gets up. He lets the dog out and feeds him, then goes in to take a shower. Between him moving around in and out of the bedroom and the dog barking usually I can convince myself to get up. Some days though (like today) I totally fall back asleep and he comes out of the shower to wake me up with a (loving) “hey Lazy, time to get up!” lol.

@MsGolightly: Oh my god! That’s amazing. My husband would kill me though ๐Ÿ™‚ Sometimes he sets his alarm (we use our phones) for me and he won’t do the snooze business like I do. When it goes off and I ask what time it is and find out I have no wiggle room to snooze, I usually respond with “That’s bull$hit!”

Not the most romantic thing to say first thing in the morning.

@MsGolightly: Haha yeah. I’ve found he can’t ever really do anything right when it comes to waking me up.

My finace was given one of those alarm clocks that increases in brightness and volume for about half hour, before you need to wake up… and it seriously works (as long as you are trying to get up before your room is already bright from sunshine, which is always the case here in England).

As soon as the alarm goes off, I’m up. The hubby on the other hand, has to set it an hour before he wakes up because of the snooze button. I’m not too thrilled about this.

I use my cell as my alarm and set all three for 5-7 minutes apart. I HATE waking up!

I wake up to my alarm and I’m up. Up, as in able to stand, walk without falling over. I go right to the shower because THAT will actually wake me up. I’m not a morning person but have never used the snooze feature. Once I’m awake in the morning, I can’t fall back asleep so that would never work for me.

My husband uses the snooze button about 2-3 times each morning, but luckily he wakes 45 min. after me so it never affects me. The few times I’ve been off work and got to sleep in, his snooze button drove me crazy! LOL
