Well Miller’s Lab and Pictage are both for professional photographers only so those probably aren’t an option for you.  I don’t think I would trust my nice wedding album to Blurb – I’ve heard too many not so great things.

Personally, I’m looking at making my flushmount album with Somerset Albums.  They look really nice (and have lay-flat, thick pages).  Maybe that would be something for you to look at!

I would check out AdoramaPix as well – I have heard it is great quality, and thick, flat laying pages.

I made an AdoramaPix photobook with my engagement photos for the guestbook at our wedding and I LOVED it!  I posted about it (with pictures) here: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/my-awesome-adoramapix-photobook-lots-of-pics  They mimic the lay-flat thick pages of a flushmount album but are no where near as thick.

That said, their photobooks are NOTHING like a quality wedding album.  They are simply a very high quality photobook.  If photobook is what you’re going for, I highly recommend AdoramaPix and will use them in the future for things.  But it sounds like the OP is looking for an actual flushmount album which AdoramaPix cannot provide.
