Hi Girls! I just wanted to let you know about the customer service in this store, so that you do not go through the stress or frustration that I am!
I have 10 bridesmaids, they only ordered 9 dresses. One of my bridesmaids went to pick up the last two, and they only had 1 left. Needless to say, they forgot to order one, so they said they would ship it to my Maid of Honor’s house for free as soon as it came in. Another month goes by…no dress. My Maid of Honor called and the dress was sitting there, they just never bothered to ship it. She has it now, and I never called them to complain, I let the girls handle it.
I was supposed to have my first dress fitting on March 7th. I called to confirm the appt and they had no record of me as having an appt in the book. Its not like they by accident put it on the wrong day, they just never put me in at all. Needless to say, I am now not too happy because it seems as though this store does not have very competent employees.
When I told the Asst Manager (Diane) that I was not too happy as this was the second mistake, she told me it was not her fault because she did not make the mistake! I told her that as a manager you need to take responsibility for all of your employees! She said there was nothing she could do for me that day.
I am now done with this store, and will find somewhere else to get my alterations done! It is really too bad, because their dresses are beautiful, but if I were you, I would buy them elsewhere.
