YIKES, girl. If the invites getting to you a few days late is a make or break thing, it’s your own mistake for not planning ahead a bit better and leaving yourself enough time to get the invites out in time, if not early. Find some better ways to deal with your anger and put this all in perspective– the invitations getting to people a few days late aren’t going to be a major issue unless you’re only giving them a week to respond or something unrealistic like that.

Glad you’re “vivid”. Being black and white would be much worse.

Ah, yes. I’ll take “Bridezilla Moments” for $200, Alex.

livingdoll58:  Omg… you printed your invitations 2 days before you wanted them mailed? Sorry, but everybody knows that sh*t happens with mail delivery. You should have planned better.

You sound like you may benefit from meditation, or therapy.

You have serious issues.  All this anger over a delayed mail delivery?

Holy moly. They are invitations that are less than 24 hours late. Settle down and have a think about how ridiculous you are being. This isn’t even a brideZilla moment, it’s just ridiculous.

Hopefully 7 hours has made you feel a bit better. You will have a bunch of hiccups in planning- sorry if that is news. Best to get used to it now. There are things in life you can change and so much more you have no control over. You setting a mail truck on fire would only make things worse for you. Seriously? who goes there?

livingdoll58:  I HATE USPS!!!! I have a thread where i explained my debacle with USPS and my save the dates. USPS IS A TRASHBAG. The customer “service” does not exist. The people who work for them are so unhelpful. My Save-The-Date Cards were on a fucking truck going around the world for WEEKS and no One could help me. I feel your pain. You will most likely get them eventually bc essentially the same thing happened to me. Try not to freak out but definitely keep annoying USPS and hopefully you can get some answers…

eta, lol I did not read any of the comments or the post part that was moderated…EEEEEEK!

Good lord. 7 hours later, I hope OP’s mailman is still alive.

You know if you blow up postal trucks, your invites will be amongst the charred mail?
